Weather Policy

Because our simulator is a mobile outdoor setup with sensitive electronic equipment, weather conditions may impact our ability to safely operate your event.

Compact Enclosure

The compact setup requires dry conditions for safe operation.

  • Light rain or drizzle: We may need to pause or delay setup

  • Steady or heavy rain: Cannot operate

  • Best suited for clear or mostly clear weather days

Premium Enclosure

The premium enclosure is designed to handle a wider range of conditions.

  • Can operate in rainy conditions once fully set up

  • Requires a 20-minute window of little to no rain for safe setup

  • Provides a more controlled, weather-resistant environment

Severe Weather (All Setups)

For safety reasons, we cannot operate during:

  • Heavy rain

  • Thunderstorms or lightning

  • High winds

If severe weather is present or expected, we will work with you to determine the best option.

Weather-Related Cancellations & Credits

If weather prevents safe operation:

  • Your deposit will be converted into an event credit

  • Valid for 1 year, subject to availability

  • No refunds for weather-related cancellations

Client-Requested Cancellation

If you choose to cancel due to forecasted weather but conditions are still considered safe:

  • Standard cancellation policies may apply

  • Final determination of safe operating conditions is made by Traveling Tee Time

Weather Decisions

  • Weather is reviewed 24 hours prior to your event

  • Final determination may be made day-of if conditions change

  • All decisions prioritize safety of guests, staff, and equipment
