Terms & Conditions – Traveling Tee Time LLC

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and services provided by Traveling Tee Time LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services, you (“client”) agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date.
    Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received and your date is reserved. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event is scheduled to start.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

  • Deposits may be applied to a future event if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe.

3. Weather Policy

  • All weather-related decisions are governed by our Weather Policy.

  • By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.

  • Traveling Tee Time LLC reserves the right to determine whether conditions are safe for operation.

4. Setup Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring that the event location meets setup requirements, including:

  • Adequate space for the selected enclosure

  • A flat and safe surface (grass, turf, concrete, or patio)

  • Sufficient access for setup and breakdown

  • Access to power, unless a generator is arranged

Failure to meet these requirements may prevent setup and may not qualify for a refund or credit.

5. Equipment Use & Responsibility

  • All equipment remains the property of Traveling Tee Time LLC.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring that guests use the equipment safely and appropriately.

  • Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions may result in additional charges.

6. Liability

  • Traveling Tee Time LLC is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use or misuse of the simulator or related equipment.

  • By booking, the client assumes responsibility for all participants and guests during the event.

7. Event Conduct & Supervision

  • The client is responsible for maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

  • Proper supervision must be provided, especially for minors.

  • We reserve the right to pause or stop operation if guest behavior is deemed unsafe.

8. Right to Refuse or Stop Service

Traveling Tee Time LLC reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Unsafe setup environment

  • Inappropriate or unsafe guest behavior

No refunds will be issued in these situations.

9. Rental Time & Overtime

  • Rental time begins at the agreed-upon start time.

  • Additional time beyond the scheduled rental may be subject to additional fees, if available.

10. Travel & Additional Fees

  • Travel fees may apply depending on event location.

  • Additional services (such as generators or extended time) may incur extra charges.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
